Stonegate Ashton Civic Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on constituent requests. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
