HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Nashville, TN)

Westbrook Meadow Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Nashville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
