HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Nashville, TN)

Silverline Lakeside Farms Partners is an agricultural business based around Nashville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
