HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Thistle Pharma and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
