HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Nashville, TN)

Northwind Rook Community Partners runs community programmes across Nashville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
