HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Minneapolis, MN)

Bluepeak Pine Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Minneapolis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent assistance. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
