HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Minneapolis, MN)

Ironwood Rook Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
