HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Minneapolis, MN)

Northwind Sparrow Transit Planning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
