HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Silverline River Construction and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
