HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Minneapolis, MN)

Foxglove Rowan Foods is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
