Cedar Clear Transit Planning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
