HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Redstone Timber Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
