Summit Cross Civic Services Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 283 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on constituent requests. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
