HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Ivory Civic Services supports public agencies in Minneapolis with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
