HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Minneapolis, MN)

Cedar Sable Property Management looks after rental homes across the Minneapolis area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
