HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Minneapolis, MN)

Stonegate Sable Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Minneapolis and nearby communities. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
