HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Minneapolis, MN)

Harborlight Granite Financial is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
