HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Milwaukee, WI)

Bluepeak Field Financial is a financial-services company in Milwaukee. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
