HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cobalt Pharma Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
