HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Milwaukee, WI)

Northwind Cedar Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Milwaukee. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 600 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
