HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Milwaukee, WI)

Highbridge Vista Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
