HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Milwaukee, WI)

Rivermark Pike Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Milwaukee. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on repair requests. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
