HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Cross Civic Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on public records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
