HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Milwaukee, WI)

Redstone Meadow Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Milwaukee producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
