HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Miami, FL)

Clearpath Juniper Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Miami, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
