HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Miami, FL)

Rivermark West Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Miami focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Miami. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
