HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Miami, FL)

Foxglove Beacon Manufacturing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
