HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Miami, FL)

Lumen Juniper Facilities looks after properties across the Miami region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
