Westbrook Lakeside Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
