HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Miami, FL)

Rivermark Meadow Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Miami, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
