HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Miami, FL)

Cedar Granite Staffing is a Miami staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
