HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Forge Care Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people based in Miami. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
