HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Miami, FL)

Ironwood Lantern Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in Miami. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory submissions. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
