HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Miami, FL)

Nova Drift Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Miami. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
