HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Memphis, TN)

Highbridge Lantern Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 931 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
