HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Cedar Manufacturing Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
