HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Madison, WI)

Ironwood Yarrow Care Services supports families and individuals in Madison with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people based in Madison. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
