HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Bright Press and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
