HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Madison, WI)

Cedar Keystone Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Madison, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer programmes. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
