HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Field Manufacturing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
