HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Rook Markets Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
