HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Madison, WI)

Silverline Sable Manufacturing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
