HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Madison, WI)

Bright Kestrel Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Madison area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
