HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Madison, WI)

Ironwood Kestrel Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Madison. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
