HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Madison, WI)

Redstone Pine Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Madison. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
