HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Madison, WI)

Northwind Bridge Hospitality is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
