Westbrook Iron Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
