HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Louisville, KY)

Silverline Pine Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
