HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Cedar Lakeside Transit Planning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
