HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Rook Early Learning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
